Representation should be about far more than just contracts and transfers. We separate the person from the player to provide support that goes far beyond the core representation services of agents.
Players need someone in their corner who has a deep understanding of the game. We don’t just negotiate the contract and then disappear until the next one comes around, we provide complete support for footballers to develop as professionals and as human beings.
Every player is unique. We take the time to get to know you as a player and a person, understand your ambitions, your family circumstances and where you want your football journey to take you.
Our aim is to build strong relationships with players and their families, providing honest advice and regular communication throughout every stage of their football career.
ABOUT MARK
Like the young players CCC represents, Mark's ambition was to become a professional player. Unfortunately, he suffered from Osgood-Schlatter's disease and Sever's disease in his early teenage years.

At 18, Mark was offered a trial with a Category 1 Academy and then Premier League club. However, the same day Mark fractured his collar bone whilst playing football; an injury which his surgeon stated was so severe that it almost paralysed his arm.
​
With his playing career finished, Mark then set about acquiring the skills needed to support other young players in achieving their dreams of becoming an elite professional footballer.
