CCC has designed an online coaching course for all, inspired by the world of elite sports. 

 

CCC's philosophy is that once you understand yourself, you are better able to maximise your own abilities and reach your true potential.

 

The course introduces you to key concepts such as understanding and coaching yourself, as well as reflecting on your leadership styles, motivating factors, limiting beliefs and more.
