A footballer's career is only temporary, with most players retiring in their 30s. Unfortunately, injuries can accelerate this and leave footballers searching for alternative methods of generating income at a young age. Given the pressures of modern day football, players are often feel empty as they have not undergone proper work to understand themselves and which other career paths they would be suited for.

After retiring from playing football, some individuals become coaches, whilst others turn to media. At CCC we coach our players in line with Cruyffian philosophy, helping them to understand themselves better so that they can make the best choices for their lives after football.
