The Premier League Academy Awards took place at Wembley Stadium this week to recognise successes and achievements across the Academy system throughout the 2025/26 Season.
The Scholar of the Year award recognises an U18 Academy player from each Premier League Club who has excelled in all aspects of the Scholarship Programme and is a role model to other players.
Congratulations to CCC client Oser Okpiabhele who won Norwich City’s Scholar of the Year and received his award from Alan Shearer. The award recognises Oser’s:
1. Excellence and commitment within his playing performance this season
2. Achievement throughout the Scholarship education programme
3. Attitude to learning within all aspects of the Scholarship programme
4. Support and contribution to wider Academy activity
