451 was founded by John Viola, a football agent who has over 35 years of experience in the industry and has represented legendary players such as Roberto Carlos and Luis Figo. 451 have completed over 500 transfers and contract negotiations worldwide, with a total value in excess of £750m.

The major complaint from players and parents who sign with global agencies is that they are very impersonal; the agent only shows up to negotiate contracts and transfers, securing their commission and offering little or no support in the intervening periods.

CCC has therefore joined forces with 451 to combine our high-quality personal coaching services with their industry experience. CCC will coach all clients and offer daily support, using our strong strategic collaborations with The Johan Cruyff Institute, New Level Results and The True Athlete Project. 451 will then join CCC in negotiations with clubs for transfers and contract renegotiations, leveraging their extensive global contact book and experience.
