Tottenham Hotspur Academy Visit

CCC attended Tottenham Hotspur Football Club’s training ground to observe their UEFA Youth League Fixture against Slavia Prague.

Tottenham’s new stadium is widely regarded as being the best in the Premier League. However, the club has also invested significantly in their training facilities, with £45m committed in 2012 and an additional £30m in 2017.

In October 2025 the club’s owners, The Lewis family, provided a capital injection of £100m via their investment vehicle, ENIC. These funds have been allocated to several projects, including further upgrading their training ground by building a performance centre to meet the specific needs of their women’s team.

Tottenham have the infrastructure and financial stability in place to attract high quality players from other clubs, develop their own elite performers and secure long-term success.

It was also great to catch up with Sabiha Jamal and Brad Morgan - two excellent coaches at Tottenham’s academy.

CCC looks forward to returning to Tottenham's academy in future to observe further youth team matches of the u16s, u18s and u21s.
